About Power BI Dashboards

Power BI dashboards provide interactive visualizations and insights from SafeGrounds case data. Each classification has its own set of dashboards allowing you to monitor key metrics such as case volume, incident types, trends over time, and more.

Dashboards open in a new window for interactive exploration. You can filter, drill down, and export data directly from within Power BI.

Note: Access to specific dashboards is based on your user role and classification permissions. If you do not see a dashboard you expect to have access to contact your Classification Owner.

Available Dashboards

The following Power BI dashboards are available in SafeGrounds organized by classification. Access the Reports page from the Main Menu and select the appropriate dashboard to open it.

CASS Dashboard — Case activity and trends for Student Affairs cases
TAT Dashboard — Threat assessment case insights differentiating TAT Full and TAT Contact cases
PACE Dashboard — Case progress, timelines, disclosures, and recidivism reporting
HRL Dashboard — Case progression and timeline tracking for Housing and Residence Life
HR Academic Dashboard — Employee relations and conduct reporting for Academic staff
HR Medical Dashboard — Employee relations and conduct reporting for Medical Center staff
ER Dashboard — Employee relations reporting including violations
HR Roadmap Dashboard — HR strategic planning and initiative tracking
Team Member Page — Case assignments, workload distribution, and activity levels for individual staff members
